Tired all the time? Here are some reasons why!

“I’m just tired all the time!”
This is what I hear from many of my clients. Although it is a symptom of depression, it also can be a separate issue or multiple issues. In fact, many symptoms of depression can be linked to other things including low iron, thyroid dysfunction and more.
